Your files never leave your device — everything runs locally in your browser.

How it works

  1. 1

    Open in Safari

The tool runs in the browser — no app required.

  2. 2

    Choose PDFs

Tap “Choose files” and select the PDFs in the Files app.

  3. 3

    Set the order

On a phone, the arrows next to each file are the easiest way to sort.

  4. 4

    Share or save

After merging, tap “Download” and save to Files or share.

Where do the PDFs come from?

Safari’s file picker uses the Files app — everything stored “On My iPhone”, in iCloud Drive or in connected services. Save PDFs from mail attachments first via “Share → Save to Files”.

The built-in alternative

The Files app can combine several files into a PDF itself: select the files, then choose “Create PDF” from the menu. You can hardly control the order, though. The tool above shows every file with its page count and lets you set the order precisely.

Photos instead of PDFs?

To turn photos of documents into a PDF, use Images to PDF — see JPG to PDF on iPhone.

Tips

  • Pages are copied without re-encoding — quality, text and links are preserved.
  • Too large to email? Shrink the result with Compress PDF.
  • To reorder or delete individual pages, use Organize PDF.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need an app?

No. The tool works in Safari and any other browser on iPhone and iPad.

Where is the finished PDF?

After tapping “Download”, iOS asks where to save it — by default in the Downloads folder of the Files app.

Are my files sent to a server?

No, the PDFs are merged directly on your iPhone.
