Save a webpage as PDF

First save the webpage in your browser (Ctrl/⌘+S, “Webpage, Complete”), then upload the HTML file with its images above. The tool converts it into a PDF with selectable text. For quick one-offs, your browser’s Print → “Save as PDF” works too.

Tip: To convert a website, save it in your browser as “Web page, complete” and upload the HTML file.

Your files never leave your device — everything runs locally in your browser.

How it works

  1. 1

    Save the page

    Ctrl/⌘+S and choose “Webpage, Complete”.

  2. 2

    Upload the HTML

The .html file and, if needed, its folder of images.

  3. 3

    Choose a format

    Paper size and margins.

  4. 4

    Create the PDF

Download the PDF with selectable text.

Why not just paste a URL?

For security reasons, browsers stop one website from fetching the content of another. So a tool that truly runs locally in your browser can’t load a foreign URL. The saved-HTML route has an upside: you capture exactly what you see — including pages behind a login.

Typical uses

  • Archive booking confirmations, orders and receipts.
  • Keep online articles readable offline.
  • Turn your own HTML templates — invoices, reports — into PDFs.

Tips

  • Save web pages in your browser as “Web page, complete” so images are included.
  • Loading a website directly by URL isn’t possible in the browser for privacy reasons.
  • Use CSS rules for @page and page-break to control page breaks.
